Nestled in the heart of BC's interior, this lake house showcases fruits of our team's labour and the challenge of remote building - Designed by NNV Designs

This thoughtfully reimagined residence—designed by the talented team at Jamie Banfield Design—marks a new chapter for a well-loved family home. We were brought on to execute a series of transformative updates, including the removal of interior walls to open up the main floor, a complete kitchen and living area renovation, the conversion of a powder room into a full 3-piece bathroom, and a refreshed upstairs shared bathroom. The result is a warm, modern space tailored to both function and style. It was a true pleasure to bring this design-forward vision to life. Honouring heritage while embracing modern living - Designed in partnership with Mosaica & NNV Designs

Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in Brookswood Langley, this 3 storey sprawling original home was given the love and attention it was begging for.

Arches, Light, Airy, Fresh. This is the token of this home. We're very proud how this renovation has changed the lives of the amazing family.

Subtle details and nuanced design choices were at the forefront of our work on this project, which was centered around creating a functional space for the family. Situated in the idyllic Morgan Creek area, the goal was to seamlessly integrate the home's natural surroundings into its interior. Upon entering the home, visitors are greeted by a spacious family and games area, perfect for hosting gatherings with loved ones. The adjacent powder room and laundry were also thoughtfully designed to be both charming and practical. The inviting kitchen boasts a warm palette, with vinyl plank flooring, solid wood cabinetry, engineered quartz countertops, and new stainless steel appliances, including a large island for both meal prep and entertaining. The master ensuite is a true sanctuary, featuring a curbless shower, heated floors, a spacious tub with a surround, a floating double vanity, and built-in millwork. The wall-mounted faucets and minimalistic design elements create an airy and clutter-free atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. To accommodate the family's needs, we also included study desks for each of the three children, complete with power outlets. Additionally, the island features a cabinet that can easily be converted into backpack storage for effortless morning routines. Overall, this project was a truly rewarding experience, and we are honored to have had the opportunity to create a space that so perfectly balances function and aesthetics.
