Situated in quaint Tulameen, BC. This "out of town" project served it's fair share of challenges with its quick timeline (2 weeks) and tested our resourcefulness - problem solving on the fly.
Working within such tight parameters doesn't allow you to "wait until next week". Problems needed solving immediately to keep other trades and work flowing. Roadblocks like installation of new shop waterline were met with optimism and even helpful neighbours loaning equipment to save the day.
Although quick, there was nothing unintentional about this renovation. Many hours of preparation made executing this possible. Demolition of existing finishes, installation of A new kitchen, bathroom, exterior stairs and a new 2-piece bathroom in the bunkhouse (connected to septic) in under 2 weeks.
Thankful for all the trade partners who stepped up to live remote and finish this project with us for this beautiful family.
